Motorcycle Driving License is necessary for all the Tenere Tours and Tenere Adventures. In USA you must be over 21 years old and in Morocco, 23.

Riding experience is necessary for all Tenere Tours and Tenere Adventures. Tenere Adventures require Enduro technical riding skills.  Tenere Tours on the road require road riding skills, Tenere Tours that are mixed will also require some level of off-road riding capability. Please consult the level of difficulty for each trip you are interested in.

The purchase of the repatriation insurance we offer through the www.TenereSpirit.com program is mandatory.  The reason is that for all trips we want a single proven insurance company that will be certain to act quickly and effectively in case of injury to our clients. NOTE: Round trip airfare/ticket is also required.

Airlines operate their planes depending on supply and demand. They maximize their fill by increasing or decreasing the number of seats by fare. In all the programs we have assistance vehicles that will carry your luggage, from point to point. For small groups, suitcases on board or gridirons which carries the baggage can be used. You can have a look to the paragraph of included services for every trip.. 

Depending on the type of trip it is between a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12. (Check the minimums for each trip on www.TenereSpirit.com). If you are a pre-formed group, you can more easily choose your travel dates. Otherwise, you will be  incorporated to an already formed group, with the date proposed by the organization. In all cases local guide are used. 

Unless you have a very specific question on the trip itself, the organizers will pick you up in the arrival area of the airport.  So you do not need to contact them in advance, we will provide you their phone numbers to have a direct contact if necessary.
All transfers are included. At the hotel, you will be briefed about the details of the trip, as well as procedures for driving licences and deposits.

The organization will do its best to assist you in getting your luggage as quickly as possible and help incorporate you in the trip.

Damage insurance to the motorcycle:
The organizer will set it up with you when you arrive at the destination and before departure on the Tenere Tour or Tenere Adventure.  You will have to give an imprint of your credit card.  Upon return of the motorcycle and evaluation of the damage done if any is done.  It will then be debited form your credit card with your authorization.

For Tenere Adventures programs and as detailed in the programs on the website and brochures, evening camps, mountain lodges or hotels, are used and sometimes due to the inaccessibility may not have shower or hot water.

The organization will do its utmost to repair the vehicle or provide for a spare motorcycle except in case of damage by an severe accident caused by the client.  In which case we will no be able to repair the vehicle in time or provide for a spare one.

Safety is our priority. In the event of an accident dispatch is subject to the need of the injured, if repatriation is needed we will contact the repatriation insurance provider to arrange the quickest repatriation under medical supervision.

Prices do not include international airfares, the customer can purchase flights separately.

Each component mentioned on the brochures or prices lists rates are based on factors date indicated on the headings of our brochures and price lists.
Therefore, each of these components may be modified. The customer is notified of thesebefore the signature of the contract. To this avail, a letter or a flyer will be sent to theadvise him of the changes that have been made.
The schedules and transportation means mentioned have been given to us by the carriers. Therefore, they are given as guidance and are subject to changes. Final schedules and transportationwill be provided on the travel booklet you will receive. Should the schedules imposed by involve a late arrival on the first day or an early departure on the last day, no refund will providedother than that of the services included in our program (trips, visits...), given that based on the number of nights spent in a specific destination, rather than on the number
The tour manager reserves the right to substitute the carrier with another one or to substitute hotel with an establishment of similar standing.
The prices, schedules and itineraries provided in our programs may be modified following circumstances beyond our control, or in as much as these changes would be driven by decisions local service providers we make use of, in such cases as religious or civil holidays, strikes, demonstrations or any other major event.

- mileages are provided as guidance;
- no specific sport skills are required; however, participants must be in good physical condition.
Mandatory conditions for participation:
- must have a motorcycle driving license, a driver’s license is also accepted for the quads;
- must have valid passport expiring at least 6 months after the return date;
- must sign a discharge;
- must wear the necessary protective equipment as indicated on page 9, irrespective of chosen;
- must have an international credit card;
- must wear the helmet, the gloves and the glasses and protective equipment, irrespective chosen;

- any behaviour deemed irresponsible by the organization (such as reckless driving, harsh causing damages to the equipment, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, refusal to instructions given by the tour escorts and others) may result in ending the trip for said rider refund of the registration fees, the airfare or any other expense relating to the trip.
